Who Am I?

My name is Sana and I’m a passionate psychotherapist who strives to empower individuals to consciously know themselves and live satisfying lives. I’ll celebrate untold stories, unheard voices, and unseen narratives using psychology, mental health, and psychotherapy to broaden our understanding of the human experience. I’m also excited to share about my unique journey to understand mental health as a first-generation Indian-American woman.

My content will also use principles from psychology to understand the world around us, whether that entails your daily experiences, music, film, or prominent figures in society. If you’re interested in understanding the human mind and experience, this blog is for you regardless of your professional or academic background!

It can be easy to get into a mental “slump” and lose your passion, whatever that may be. There may be times you find yourself depressed, anxious, or struggling to cope with daily life. Regardless of “where you’re at,” I’m glad you’re here! I’ll call attention to diverse topics related to psychology, mental health, and psychotherapy, and I’m excited to hear your perspective as we celebrate diversity of thought. I highly encourage you to comment on my posts and share your experience.

I hope this blog inspires you with diverse perspectives, challenges you to be vulnerable, and empowers you to tell your own story.
